Paris Report : YSL Fall 2009
For the direction of fall 2009's collection, Stefano Pilati said he was interested in “breaking up” familiar tailored pieces without losing “classic” appeal. Tailored cropped coats with exaggerated sleeves were paired with cropped wide dress pants worn over silk leggings. Over all, the collection was definitely a highly detailed construction collection in which Pilati's concept is sure to lure consumer of all things YSL.
